hogle zoo

For Payton's last day off track we went with our friends to the zoo. It was a perfect day! I don't know if I've ever been when the weather has been so perfect. We usually go in the summer when the heat is unbearable, which means the animals are much more boring, but today the animals were enjoying the nice weather as much as we were. One of the highlights was the baby monkey. He was so adorable to watch play. I've never sat and watched an animal for that long at the zoo. Also the penguins were jumping in and out of the water. They were doing tricks and swimming all around. The coolest thing was the tiger that was growling and prowling around. We had so much fun we stayed for 5 hours!
