this post is not about fire

I know that nobody reads my blog anymore {not even my own Mother}.  What turned you all away?  Was it..

a.  My absence for months at a time.
b.  My post-dated posts.
c.  My 20+ posts about fire.
d.  All of the above.

Please feel free to COMMENT and let me know.  I really went off about the Herriman Fire, didn't I?  I did have a few of my out-of-state relatives concerned about me.  Thank you Angie & Al!  However, this blog is my personal history and that was a pretty amazing experience that I wanted to document for my posterity.  What can I say?  My life is pretty boring.  That fire was pretty dang exciting {er, I mean, scary}.

I just wanted to send out a real live shout out to anyone who may stumble upon my blog.  I'd love to hear from you.  My blog will officially be up to date in a few more posts and I'm excited to stay on top of this baby for a few months {until I fall behind again}.

I read your blog! And enjoy all your posts. Although, I think you should be a writer!?!?

I still read your blog! Even if every single post isn't the most entertaining or interesting for your readers, what is important is that it is how you want it for you & your family. It's YOUR family journal. Do whatever you like! :)

I read you blog. YOu probably don't know who I am, but I grew up next to your husbands family and am friends with your sister in law. I love reading about your family. I loved your posts about the fire. They really touched me. Thank you for sharing it.

I found your blog through Courtney Belcher's and love reading about all the fun adventures you have with your family. I really look up to all that you are able to accomplish as a wife & mother. So, even if I don't know you personally, I think you are AMAZING! Random sidenote, I met my husband at a church dance before I was sixteen too :)
